Returns:
Physical Products that are unopened and remain in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To begin a return with us, please contact us with the subject line of PRODUCT RETURN. Unsolicited returns or refused deliveries may not qualify for a refund.

When you place an order with us, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold on your card for the purchase amount.
