Shipping
We're not able to guarantee release day delivery. While we try our best to schedule delivery to arrive on or near the release date, the actual delivery date may vary depending on your location and method of shipping.
We currently ship to customers in the United States (50 U.S. States and Washington D.C. only) and Canada.
Shipping costs and timelines vary by country or region and the method of shipping selected. We currently offer Standard and Express shipping options for orders shipping within the United States. Shipping transit time is impacted by factors including distance, shipping method, route, and season. Once your order has shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment with tracking information for your package. Standard shipments may take up to 7-10 days and Express shipments may take 3-5 days from the date shown on your email. International shipments to Canada may take as longer than 7-10 days in some cases. Please note that duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced for international orders and are not included in your order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.
We ship to the United States (50 U.S. States and Washington D.C. only),Canada, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these addresses.
International orders will be shipped via USPS international priority mail.
In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment referencing the Order number (#) used and providing the tracking information for the shipment. Please be sure to check your email folders including the spam folder. You can also check your Order History and status in your Account Settings on our Store to see the latest updates. Please note that you will only be charged for items that are in-stock and available to ship from our warehouse, at the time the shipment is confirmed.
If you selected Standard delivery at checkout, then your delivery may take up to 7-10 days from the date you received the tracking information. If you selected Express delivery, then it may take up to 3-5 days. If after this time you still have not received your order, please use the tracking information in your email to determine which shipping carrier was used to ship your order. Please contact the carrier first to track your shipment. Sometimes they are able to locate your shipment before we can. BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment is not responsible for delayed deliveries or lost shipments by third party carriers.
The shipping address for an order cannot be changed once the checkout process has been completed. You can add, modify, or update shipping addresses saved to your Account in the Account Settings menu on the Store.
The shipping method for an order cannot be changed once the checkout process has been completed. Please review your order carefully before placing an order.
We sometimes offer Free Shipping where orders qualify. Where a time period is stated, the time period is PST. Where an order value is stated, the offer applies to items in the Cart and does not include shipping or sales tax. Where Free Shipping is offered for a specific item or product, additional shipping fees may apply for other items included in the Cart. Where Free Shipping is offered, the offer is for Standard Shipping and may only be available within the lower 48 states. Free Shipping is not available for Express Shipments and may not be available for International Shipments. Other exclusions may apply.
Pre-Orders
We try our best to make sure that you receive your pre-ordered merchandise, game, Collector’s Edition or Special Edition on or as close as possible to the official street date communicated on the product page. However, we can’t guarantee that you will receive your order on the actual street date and the delivery date may vary depending on your location and method of shipping selected at check out.
From time to time the official game street date may change. Date changes are always updated on the product page on our website within 24 hours of the official announcement of any change.
Where offered, *Early Access is calculated from the official street date communicated on the product page and subject to our Bandai Namco Entertainment Store pre-order, shipping and return policies. See our FAQs and Terms of Service for more information.
We do our absolute best to ship pre-orders so they arrive by the official street date (date listed on the product details page), but international orders cannot be guaranteed.
Shipments to these destinations can sometimes take 7 to 10 days or more depending on the carrier used, delivery address and customs clearance. Pre-orders for merchandise and apparel items are shipped as soon as they are available. The estimated date that the items will be available to ship is communicated on the product pages and may change from time to time.
For Merchandise products, release date is approximate, any changes will be updated on the product page.
Pre-order or pick-up order reservations will trigger a temporary hold on funds with your payment provider for the value of your pre-order reservation. Please contact your credit card provider for more information. The credit card used to confirm your pre-order reservation will not be charged for the goods until the merchandise is shipped from our warehouse. Pick-up order reservations will not be charged until the item has been picked up. A BANDAI NAMCO Store account and a saved credit card are required to confirm your pre-order or pick-up order reservation. Unfortunately, we are not able to support pre-orders through a Guest Checkout at this time.
Approximately 2 weeks before the published street date on the product page, a pre-authorization attempt of the credit card that is saved against your Account will be attempted.
If the pre-authorization attempt fails at this time, we will cancel your pre-order reservation, and you will receive 2 emails from the BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Store;
(1) A cancellation of the original pre-order reservation
(2) A new unique link (valid for 48 hours) to allow you to re-checkout with an updated credit card. In the event that we are unable to process a payment for a pre-order reservation we are not able to guarantee availability of your selected merchandise.
It is strongly recommended that the credit card used to confirm your pre-order reservation uses an expiration date that is later than the published street date for the item. We will update any changes to street dates on the product pages within 24 hours of any announced changes, and your preorder reservations will continue to be valid subject to terms outlined above.
Pick-up orders that are not picked up will not be charged and will be cancelled.
You can cancel preorders up to 8 days before the release date.
Go to your Bandai Namco Store "Order History" in your account page and find the preorder you would like to cancel. You can get to your "Order History" by navigating to Account -> "Bandai Namco Store" -> "Order History." Select the "Cancel Preorder" button to cancel the preorder. Preorders cannot be cancelled within 8 days of the release date noted on the product page. If you cannot cancel your preorder and your items have shipped, please request a refund. See Returns Policy.
You can get to your "Order History" by navigating to "My Account" in the top right part of your screen. From the account page, navigate to "Bandai Namco Store, and then "Order History."
Ordering & Waitlist
Unfortunately, that means the product is currently not available.
The waitlist option is offered when an item is out of stock. It will allow you to sign up to be notified via email if that item is restocked. Waitlisted items are not guaranteed to become available again, however, in the case that it does, it will guarantee that you are notified first.
If a pre-order item is restocked, please note that you will have to go through the regular pre-order steps at the time of restock. See "Pre-Orders" for details.
Waitlisted customers will be notified first and prioritized if the item becomes available again. This means that if you are on a waitlist, you will be notified at least 24 hours via email before the general public. Please note that all of our items are on a first come first serve basis, so even if you are on a waitlist, it does not guarantee that the product will not sell out.
If the item is available to purchase in the future, we will notify you via email. You can add noreply@storebandainamcoent.com to your list of contacts to avoid emails going to your spam folder.
If your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation via email from BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment. Please be sure to check your email folders including the spam folder. The BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Store is required by law in most areas to collect sales tax on orders. The rate applied to your order may vary depending on the product in the shopping cart. Sales tax rates are determined by your state and country and may vary from city to city. The tax rate will be calculated during checkout automatically while entering your information. If you were charged sales tax but believe that you should not have been, please contact our Customer Experience Team to file a claim. Please mark your enquiry as “SALES TAX CLAIM” and include your order number from your email confirmation.
In some cases, we have very limited quantities of Special Editions, Collectors Editions, or merchandise available. To ensure that our fans have an equal chance to purchase these products, we may put a limit on the quantity that you can purchase on a single order.
